At Langley Cheer & Athletics we are excited to be one of the premier studios for intense and fun parkour classes. Our class sizes aren’t too large, which means more training for your child. We have different classes for different skill levels from beginner to intermediate. You can find out more information about the classes below.
Parkour is a method of physical training that develops one’s ability to overcome obstacles (both physical and mental). Parkour is essentially the art of getting from point A to point B as quickly and safely as possible. It is driven by a philosophy of altruism, useful strength, longevity, self-improvement and self-understanding. With our custom built equipment the Parkour classes will teach the fundamentals of this sport in a safe and structured environment. We offer Parkour classes for all ages and abilities.
Classes are broken up into these different age groups:
- Tiny’s Ages 3 & 4 years old
- Mini’s Ages 5 & 6 years old
- Youth Ages 7 – 9 years old
- Junior Ages 10 – 12 years old
- Senior Ages 13+
- Adult Ages 17+

Our Intensive Program!
What is the intensive program?
The intensive program is for those athletes who want to take their training to the next level and be in the gym more working on their skills. Not everyone is eligible for this program as coaches want them to demonstrate good listening skills, willingness to work with others and are serious about improving their skills while having goals.
If you are interested in being in the intensive program you must be taking one regular class and one intensive class.
